“The property is well maintained, and there is everything you need for comfort and relaxation but service lacks to some extent as they do the strictly minimum. Some of the valets are passive agressive and sometimes pool attendants ‘don’t see you’ for the longest time. The place is quiet from 10pm to 8am for those who want to recharge during their vacation. The food was really good. It’s on the beach so very convenient. I didn't like having people offering horse rides walking up and down the beach……

“Room was clean. The price is right. It’s clean but basic. There's towels but not soap, shampoo. Spacious room, tv, wifi, continental breakfast. Parking is infront ofnthe building in a non-gated area but it's safe. Its was good for me for one night.thank you. ”

“First and last time staying at this resort. This place looks nothing like the pictures on the brochure or online. Rooms- dirty, severely outdated, cracks in the walls, old beat up furniture, uncomfortable beds, a lightbulb in the bathroom for your light. No facecloths, only one bottle of water daily for two people even though you can’t drink the tap water or use it to brush your teeth. Room not sound proof at all, you hear everything. Food- absolutely disgusting aside from the omelettes at……

“This place! Amazing, everyone so friendly, air con was wonderful, nice exterior sitting area, every appliance you could wish for and to top it off Denny dishes, we were so impressed. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating, room service three times a week, Oscar and bar staff were amazing and helpful. Shuttle up to town whenever required, beach 11/2 blocks away. What else can I say? ”

“The pool is fully shaded so a nice break from the sun as needed. A/C kept the room cool. A more rustic, authentic feel than a lot of newer places. Lots of beautiful plants around the property.”

“Beautiful room. Beautiful property. Fantastic staff that treated us excellent. Great restaurants until the cartel extended our stay three more nights. And Unico tried to charge me 250% of what I could pay to book it on Expedia. I showed them the rate and they insisted on $1,800 a night. I booked it on Expedia and they accepted the reservation but it was such a slap in the face to shelter in place when every other reservation extended for free. I get they have cost but this was absurd to the……

“The pool only gets sun after 3pm. The hotel is very nice. You need your key to work elevator. Omar & Ivan are the shuttle drivers & are very friendly & full of information. Pool towels can be asked for at reception. Laundry is free to use but you have to book 24 hours in advance. There is a great restaurant within walking on Mexico ave (4 vientos reservation required)”
