“Room was great, and service was very good. Jesus at the pool is "ONE of a kind" great guy always wanting to make you happy, he really went the extra mile to make our vacation so much fun. Santana treated us like family with great service and always a very happy smile. great service at pool area. last 2 days of our stay was over run with children in the main pool, hot tubs and and sitting on ALL the stools at the swim up bar, driving the adults with no kids away. Children's pool was empty. Lots……

“The staff was very attentive and super nice. The resort is beautiful and very laid back. We were so relaxed being there. The beach was gorgeous and we even saw whales in the distance. Beautiful. ”

“To start with, when booking this stay we were not aware that this room was actually located at Villa La Estancia. Why was this called Beachside Escape? The room was nice but the balcony was shared with the larger unit next door. We were not aware of this and felt awkward using this space. We also felt that it could be a security risk. We noticed a lot of the balconies had partitions up for these reasons. We had a mini fridge, coffee maker but could not plug in the coffee maker as the cord was……

“This place! Amazing, everyone so friendly, air con was wonderful, nice exterior sitting area, every appliance you could wish for and to top it off Denny dishes, we were so impressed. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating, room service three times a week, Oscar and bar staff were amazing and helpful. Shuttle up to town whenever required, beach 11/2 blocks away. What else can I say? ”

Well top shelf all around!! Viktor, Francesco, Angelica, Daniel, Karla, Rubi and all were fabulous. A great place to stay, superb value in a really nice area. You will more than enjoy.
