“We had an excellent stay in the Elements treehouse. Our 6 year old and 4 year old loved the Loft and skylights. The hosts are so kind and accommodating. We would definitely recommend Treetop Hideways and the Elements treehouse. We would love to try some of the other treehouses in the future! ”

“Room smelled terrible Smelled like mold Bed squeaked so loud every time you moved Water went all over the floor when you took a shower. Asked for more towels and the gave them to us. Breakfast was lacking. They only had yogurt, bread, apples and cereal. Also had Orange and apple Juice. I would never stay again. The staff was nice enough.”

“Too noisy”

“I would remove this property from your lot list due to the fact that it is bug infested. The pool wasn’t usable. It was 98° in Chattanooga. The staff was not present. It was just not a clean place at all. The bathrooms were dirty. Paint was falling off the wall walls.”

“It had a little more noise from the room above but got quiet prior to 10pm. I couldn’t get the tv remote to work. Outside of that the room itself was really clean and comfy. Staff was friendly and I would definitely stay here again”

“The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good.The……
