“We were all very disappointed in the property & hesitant to trust what we were told. It wasn't in a good part of town, was run down & in poor shape, smelled musty, & a junk piled in the neighbors yard had been blurred out to hide it on the photos. They emailed us just before we got there that the washing machine was broken & questioned IF we wanted it fixed. Later, when explaining our dissatisfaction, she informed us that her husband had "tweaked" it & it worked now. No mention of this until……
