"There were bus tours staying there so all of the breakfast was gone 30 minutes before it ended with no plans to replenish anything. Also, the soundproofing of the rooms is not good. You can hear footsteps above and outside your room. "

"The breakfast buffet was amazing! Scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, waffles, juices, bagels, cereals, yogurt, REAL butter, etc. We were so satisfied with breakfast, we were able to skip lunch. The bed was comfy and we had both soft and firm pillows on the bed to choose from. The bedroom and bathroom both were very large. The indoor pool was fun and hubby enjoyed the workout area. The hotel was located nicely for our visit purpose which was the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. The staff, especially the man at the front desk, was super nice. If I have occasion to be in Florence again, this is where I will stay."
