“Everything was beautiful and clean. The property had everything you could think of to need if you were going to stay home and cook. The beds were extremely comfortable we would definitely stay again. Thank you for such a wonderful and pleasant stay.”

“The room was very clean and well maintained/new. Staff was friendly and helpful. The air conditioner was great. The room we stayed at had lots of accessories for the beach like chairs and kid’s toys for the beach along with an umbrella. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. It was a great experience overall.”

“The most unpleasant part for me was the parking situation. The kitchen could also use a few more utensils. Other than that, the house was very clean and peaceful. There were no flashlights, and the remote controls were missing batteries. Overall, it’s an excellent house, and we would definitely stay here agai”

“The property and location on the beach were fine. Our only complaint was that the Air Conditioning was a weak window unit. There was no central air. The floor-length window drapes near the AC unit had to be kept open to allow the air to flow, but this led to the room not being kept dark in the morning. A shorter drape that stopped at the sill would make better sense to block the morning sun, and still allow the air conditioning to flow. ”

“Enjoyed it very much. Bonus there was a nice indoor/outdoor bar & grill right next door to enjoy. Laundry available in unit. Initially didn't seem to get exact check in info such as room # and key/code to get in but a call to VRBO resolved that relatively quickly (10-15mins). Only downside was from the balcony picture it looked out to very nice peaceful waterway; however what I don't remember in the pictures, was if you look the other way, it's a 4 lane hwy. Not able to enjoy the balcony……

“ Yes everything and more we needed. Very nice put together. Big shower plenty of room Kitchen well stocked . Everything was excellant ! Enjoyed the pool area ! Loved the little porch to sit out have coffee just serene atmosphere. Sandra the host was very responsive when I texted her . She got us items quickly we needed. Very pleasant stay ! ”

“Great view of the beach and could watch sunset right from balcony, host was awesome, she gave all.kinds of suggestions and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would recommend this unit to anyone. They have beach supplies so you dont have to buy any of that. Longboat was very beautiful area.”

“The location of the condo is 10 out of 10. The views and beach access cannot be beat. We enjoyed the space and appreciated the small but functional kitchen. We even found some beach supplies and an umbrella in the closet! This is a very great space and location. We will be back!”
