“Great new hotel, still working out a few kinks but overall nice stay for the price and location. They have key codes for room entry, and there was an issue with them working upon arrival. It took a while for it to be fixed, but management eventually got it to work and I could get into my room. It’s a great concept, but did make me a bit wary of getting in later at night when management was gone. Outside of that, the location was close to the subway and fairly quiet for NYC.”

“Host communication was great. Room itself left much to be desired: no curtains, just slat shades that let in a ton of ambient light at all hours - bring an eye mask. I also managed to short a fuse in my room by making the mistake of plugging in a hair dryer in the bathroom while a space heater was plugged in by the bed. Walking into the foyer to get help at 11 pm with wet hair and PJs isn’t ideal, so learn from my mistake. Also, just a side note if you’re planning on getting ready in the……
