We called house keeping and they were friendly and prompt. It was great to see smiling staff throughout and they were happy to help. We will definitely be back."

"The location is ideal. The elevators are quick. The property is pretty boutique in terms of size. The bar is fun. The beds need new mattresses, they are quite soft. The staff are okay, most are courteous, and everyone were accommodating. The restaurant could use a big improvement. The menu is not great, definitely not on par with the times or what the area has the offer. Also, they are not dog friendly, unlike any other place in the area which is extremely dog friendly. "

"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. It’s close to pretty much everything. With on walking distance to lots of great spots. The rooms are nice and comfortable, the bathroom is really big. Lots of door men that some are lovely. Although would be more helpful if they were on both doors. Rather than the internal one. The colleagues are helpful without being intrusive. "
