It had a key button lock that the code never changed so any of the past residence of this hotel could get into your room if they want to and there was no permanent lock to lock to where nobody could get in no matter what the inside this should be addressed and fixed immediately very unsafe”

“The property itself was wonderful...no complaints there. The person who checked us in was not pleasant at all and had the vibe that she hated life. It wasn't a very welcoming experience. Breakfast options were great, but there were three young men (probably 20-22 years old) sleeping in the breakfast area. They were laying along long bench seats and taking up numerous spots to the point that some did not have a place to sit. I wish the staff would have done something, as they were there sleeping……
