“It was great. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and breakfast was amazing. the reviews worried me but im glad my worries were proven wrong”

“The dirtiest home I’ve ever been in. Even ceiling mold approximately 18” in diameter in one of the bedroom closets. Master toilet didn’t work, washer and dryer filled with wet towels, some bathrooms didn’t have towels, bed linen was dirty, coffee drip machine and toaster are the only kitchen appliances. There is a microwave but I had to clean it before we could use it bc there was splattered red sauce in it, dining room chair fabric is shredding, one bar stool is broken, couple of the showers……

“All the staff was extremely friendly. I dropped my phone unloading and returned from room to look for it. Went to front desk and it was returned to me after being able to provide details of phone physical description and lockscreen picture. Be Gold In my bathroom the shower head had no solid fixture and was just hanging from shower curtain. I dont know if the difference is being a gold member and being in 4th floor like my friend because his was on a solid fixture. ”
