The experience was terrible, because when I arrived at the Quality Inn I was told they didn't have any reservation listed for me in their database. To make things worse they had no vacancies left, and I had to go find another hotel to stay at. I want to full refund for the price of the room. I have already submitted a dispute with my US Bank VISA credit card service about this expense.

It was ran down there was stains on the beds and sheets the wall paper is peeling in the bathroom holes in the walls the breakfast sucks pool wasn't operational to be honest the whole experience wasn't good at all

My room was dirty, smelled like someone smoked in the room. There was hair in and around the tub and after asked to clean it twice, I had to clean it myself. Breakfast was limited, and the trash can are filthy and smelly. This was the worst hotel our team ever stayed in

NOT a quality inn. Nearly everything about this place was bad. It's like they're just letting it go entirely till they come in with the wrecking ball to take it all down to start over. This unit used to live up to its Quality name. Now, not at all. Would not recommend however much they keep lowering the price to sucker in the bargain seekers.

Both times we've stayed there recently, there have been issues - room locks don't work, unmade bed, a chair full of garbage, etc. Both times they insisted we reserved a handicap room, when we didn't, and wanted to charge us a higher rate to be in a regular room. We didn't say anything the first time, but same types of issues the next time.

Not a hotel you go to by choice

This is a decrepit hotel with almost everything broken, disordered, unclean, and otherwise miserable. It's not the worst hotel I've ever been in, but that's damning with faint praise. I paid very little for this stay and it was still too much. We moved rooms because in the first room, the lamp, phone, and HVAC unit were broken. In the second room, the smell of smoke was strong enough to cause breathing problems, but otherwise it was acceptable. The complimentary bathroom supplies had been used. The tub was too dirty to use, so we did not take showers during our stay. I cut myself on a tile at the pool. In short, this was a bad hotel to stay in. That said, the attendees at the front were uniformly kind and professional.

A mixed review

Check-in was difficult because the desk clerk's computer system was not telling her which rooms were clean and unoccupied. She was very gracious about it and did not get too rattled, but this system failure really left her in a bad spot. She ended up very kindly walking each guest to his/her room to make sure it was clean and vacant. Where was her manager, whom she tried to contact by phone? The room I had was very nice. It was a handicapped room with a huge walk-n shower in the bathroom. The room seemed newly renovated. I especially appreciated the many electrical outlets and USB ports. The hotel's Indoor pool was closed. No explanation was provided. The breakfast was merely adequate, nothing special. Only regular coffee was available in the breakfast area, no decaf. When I inquired at the front desk, the morning clerk simply said, "No, we don't have decaf." Who doesn't have decaf?? I made some decaf with the little pod and coffee maker in the room, but it was pretty bad!
