“I had almost given up on Super 8 motels because of several negative experiences, but this one was great. Clean, comfortable beds, helpful staff and reasonably priced. This one in south west Casper is a keeper. The one in northeast Casper, not so much.”

“Kind of a dump. No soap in our room. No remote for TV, phone was broken and not hooked up. Sheets on queen beds were full sized so kept popping off. Front desk staff had to be asked multiple times for rollaway. Outside door had key pad but was not locked. Outdoor spaces junky. They’re remodeling but just putting lipstick on a pig. Stay somewhere else.”

“The breakfast was great and the staff was nice, although the check-in time was a little long and a $300 deposit was required. It was a bit much, but understandable! It was to prevent people from smoking and bringing pets into the room. The room was a bit old, but some of the facilities in the room were upgraded and it was still very convenient to use.”

“The room was in a state of disrepair. Light switch at entry didn't work. TV didnt work. There was no extra chair to sit in besides desk chair, although plenty of room to put a comfortable chair. Tub/shower and toilet room was dingy and desperately needs updating. No insulation around door to hall. Could see light all around the door. And all noise from hall came through into the room. Same with noise from parking lot outside the window. No insulation. Overall, very noisy. Staff was very……

“Fantastic place to stay! I was traveling with a dog and my 82 year old mother. I had originally booked at another place hotel but they couldn't accommodate my needs. I was thrilled when I discovered how welcoming the Ramkota was at the last minute on a holiday weekend with state soccer finals in town. We ate dinner in the bar and the bartender kindly took great care of us.”

“I was disappointed by the lack of communication and housekeeping. At check-in, I was not told that room cleaning was not provided daily, which was unexpected since I am not from the area. I also was not given the Wi-Fi password, and it was not posted anywhere in the room. Additionally, the window curtain would not roll down properly, which affected privacy and comfort. When I requested housekeeping on the third day, the room was not properly cleaned. The beds were made and towels replaced, but……
