“We had a wonderful time at the Pegasus. We spent half of our time at the hotel and the other half being tourists. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The hotel location is great—a lot of tourist destinations were easily accessible and we were took advantage how close some local eating spots were! (Shout out to Kingston Jerk and Juici Patties!) Our room was comfortable and the restaurants onsite offered a lot of tasty options. This was our first visit to Jamaica and we were happy……

“the grounds were well kept. The apt was clean and clean linen was available. But be sure to bring your own TP you get only one roll. The front door was sticking. there was a little problem starting the clothes washer. All else worked. treadmill was broken. their workout space needed updating. AC was in the living room only. None in the bedroom.. The AC had some impact in the bedroom. Could see some mountain view.”

“I booked this listing for April 9-10. My card was charged. The host sent me a text message that they were trying to get in touch with me and because they did not hear from me they canceled the booking. They also said they refunded my payment. I am still waiting for the refund. I received a confirmation and they require you to contact them for some reason. I do not think Hotels.com should risk their reputation by having this kind of listing. DONOT BOOK THIS PLACE”
