"Let me start: 1. We checked in to our room and when we entered the floor was littered with crumbs and the bathroom floor had a puddle of water outside the shower. The floor was never vacuumed. 2. We walked to a restaurant across the street to eat dinner and when we returned we tried to go to bed. One of the beds was made without a top sheet. NO TOP SHEET ON A MADE BED! 3. When I called the front desk to ask for a sheet no one picked up the phone. I had to get dressed and go to the lobby in the hopes of getting a sheet. 4. There are 2 elevators and ONE IS OUT OF ORDER causing long waits We won’t be staying at this place again."

"Room was comfortable and very clean. The front portion of the hotel was under construction due to a broken water pipe. So there was no sit down breakfast. They did supply a breakfast bag to go. There was no airport shuttle service but the manager said she would be glad to take me = VERY NICE!!"

"For the most part, the hotel was what I expected but there were some things that made my stay less than great. One issue was a woman was screaming at someone at the top of her lungs in a room a few doors down from me. When I went to report that, nobody was available at the desk. The next was I kept thinking that I was smelling cigarette smoke. I thought it was due to people smoking outside, or someone smoking in a nearby room, but I learned it was the bedding when I got home and smelled cigarette smoke in my nightclothes. Finally, I was awaken by a fire alarm on my final morning. That was incredibly disappointing (and super loud), but thankfully it wasn't due to a fire. Perhaps it was because someone pulled the alarm or was smoking in another room. With all that said, I didn't have many interactions with the staff or see the amenities, so I can't speak to them, but staying there was definitely... interesting."

"The room was fine. The toilet didn't flush. They provided a plunger. We got stuck in Richmond caused by the FAA. Something about a strange smell at ATC. The room worked for they one night stay. The attached restaurant wasnt that great."

"In the course of 2 weeks, I have stayed at 14 different hotels while traveling through the states. This hotel was by FAR one of the worst hotel experiences I have had on this trip and in my 15 years of traveling. BRING YOUR OWN WASH CLOTHES AND TOWELS. The ones in the rooms are stained; yellow and brown and smell horrible. The floor in my room was sticky and smelled like dirty mop water.. it smelled rancid, my clothes stink still from being there. I was soo scared to open my bags that I slept in my clothes and hoodie I already wore that was dirty. When I asked the staff to clean the floor, they declined and couldn’t switch room either. The bathroom smelled even worse. I left for work and came back, wanted to shower but no hot water, haha. Man… I’m glad to be out of there. The face value of the building and the rooms are amazing but the staffing are really lazy, mean and don’t take you seriously. "
