"Great hotel and great staff.. our only real negative feedback is that the gym is middling at best if we are being charitable… and realistically disappointing relative to the hotel’s overall high price/high value positioning in the market. you all can do better!! equipment, lay-out etc etc sub-par. "

"We got there and they could not find our reservations after some time they found it . When we booked we booked a first floor room well they told us they did not have any renovated rooms on the first floor and wanted to change our room . Why offer it if you do not have it . then you have to meet someone else so they can try to sell you a time share . After checking and a first floor room we went into the room and it was very musty you could even smell it in the curtains . There was mildew on the window sills the microwave had a big crack in it . The room and furniture is very dated . I do not know if I would stay here again"

"Hot water in the shower didn't work. Dogs were barking. People were loud. Staff were nice. Ac unit was very loud."

"I think the property was under light construction. The only issue for me was the dusty lobby boarded up windows in the hallway, my door to my room the deadbolt wouldn’t lock and the sink drained very slow. Other than that the room was very clean and the property staff was amazing. I would just recommend notifying guests that they’re walking into a partial construction zone to create more comfort for the extended stay."

"I checked in around 8 PM to a corner room and the bathroom was very dirty - hair in shower, thick pink mold along slider door, and bottom of shower was super scraped. It almost looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Told hotel staff (3 folks there) and 2 of them seemed annoyed (which I assume was more toward the cleaning crew, but less than professional). They switched my room and again, it was not very clean (again hair on the floor and in sink, pink mold but far less, very scratched shower). I was too tired at this point to bother changing rooms, though in retrospect I should have asked. The hotel staff is hit and miss in terms of customer service and friendliness. Woman working at bar was super nice and friendly. Amenities are great too. Overall I would not stay here again for the cleanliness alone. "
