“I booked a suite on Expedia for 2 adults and 3 children. When I arrived after a 13-hour drive, we had a regular room with two queen beds — no pull-out couch, no space for a rollaway, only sleeps 4 people. After some discussion, the front desk staff finally gave us a new room and offered each of my kids a treat from the onsite market. I appreciated her difficult situation, but the room was not comfortable for our family, and I had specifically reserved a suite. I recognize this could be an……

“Clean rooms, what you expect from a newer chain comfort inn. Front staff very pleasant. Hot tub was Hot, but very relaxing. Pool was clean, a bit small but decent size. It was a little on the warm side, as I was hoping to cool off from the hot tube, but not awful. Great selection for breakfast! Good price. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.”
