“因为第二天上午要带儿子面试学校，下午又要赶机场，所以在入住时提出能否延迟退房，这样可以赶回来换上旅行的装备，前台接待很痛快地说到12点。房间很大，也很舒服，酒店所处位置很好，周边有加油站、超市、餐饮，但房间都非常安静，对于自驾而言，是非常不错的选择。”

“Dirty, smelled like smoke , people up partying all night smoking next to my room and just outside the room , dogs barking throughout night .”

“I was required to pay an additional $50 for a non smoking room. The deposit was not indicated online. The non smoking room that I was given had a strong smell of smoke. I asked for another non smoking room and was charged additional money for that room. Since it was late, I went ahead and paid it. That room had a strong mold smell to it although it did seem to improve after the ac ran a few hours. The wifi would not connect. Staff were unable to help. The next morning I asked to check out and……

“I didn’t like anything I booked two rooms one room had roaches then they moved us to another room and that room had severe mold in the ceiling and behind the bed. My other room the toilet didn’t work so we couldn’t use the bathroom in that room. Staff didn’t help at all”

“Upon arriving we were greeted so graciously by the two girls from Pennsylvania I have misplaced their names in my head everything was a bit available the chocolates the lovely cookies the coffee the wine bar the room was beautiful the beds were lovely we had a stellar time and will definitely be back thanks again Hornsby house and we sure did enjoy ourselves”
