Pool was very nice as well as the entire property, staff was excellent! Great place to stay and price was great too.

This was our second time staying and our 39th wedding anniversary. We love the quietness, and easy access to the lake. Very relaxing and beautiful sunsets.

The rooms are clean and the deluxe double had comfortable beds. The rooms are quiet and dark. The patio is so relaxing. It is where we stayed most evenings. Everyone is so nice and helpful . We had a memorable and enjoyable experience in Hot Springs. Loved the pool and sitting and watching the boats on the lake. The resort is close to Bath House Row and shopping. Definitely would stay here the next time I visit Hot Springs.

We stayed in room 317 with a lake view. The lake view is the only thing that saved the trip. When we arrived in our room the bathtub water was running, toilet was running, which we finally got shut off. The air conditioner was leaking, and there were already soaking wet towels underneath it when we walked in the room which made the room smell very bad like mold so we had to replace the towels which got soaking wet very quickly. We had to go to Walmart and buy air fresheners to stick in the vent and spray in the room, which helped out a lot.. when it was time to take a shower the shower would not work. There was hair just left everywhere on the floor in the bed. We even found two fingernails laying on the floor. The breakfast was not very good. The pool was a little dirty but over all nice. The staff upfront was nice. The guest on our floor decided around 10- to past midnight to keep slamming doors. The only thing that saved the hotel stay was that view of the lake and watching the sunrise and sunset.
