“This property is in an excellent location for exploring the 12 South neighborhood of Nashville. There is parking included which is great, we did have to wait for a spot to open up a couple of times during the day on the weekend but no more than 5 minutes. The neighborhood is really lively during the day but quiet at night which was great for us. The apartment itself has everything we needed and the bed was incredibly comfy.”

“Host great, Location Great Safe, Condo Cute Needs some updates in the bathroom but not a big deal (Pealing Drawers) Biggest issue was cleanliness. Looking for a hair dryer found a towel in the drawer that was stuffed with who knows what crusty.(No hair dryer not an issue) Towels Old and dingy. The bathroom where not cleaned very well. Looks very much like they hire a company and its a speed threw clean. Could Use a deep clean ( Corners, Tub, Walls etc) But over an okay stay”
