“Clean room, friendly staff, ample parking, public beach w/ ample parking, great local food & bars nearby. Beware the noisy rooster/s that don't just squack in the morning! They're kind of adorable as I'd never seen them before in person, but they can ruin a good afternoon nap 😉 Also there's at least 5 tattoo shops nearby. Toa Baja is about 30 minutes from San Juan, I'd highly recommend a rental car. Using ride share services is an option, but a rental suited my needs better for sight seeing……

“Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. ”

“Our stay was very short—less than 8 hours—but unfortunately it was enough to notice several issues with the property. The elevator was dirty, and the hallway carpets looked like they were overdue for a deep cleaning. Parking was also a challenge. There were not enough spaces in the main lot close to the hotel, and we were told to park about a mile away and walk. There was no covered golf cart or transportation assistance offered. Unfortunately, our arrival coincided with torrential rain, which……
