“We were a group of 10 persons, occupied 5 rooms for staying 2 nights. The hotel generally speaking is a good hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, two of the rooms were found problem in water supply for bathing where only hot (very hot) water supply but no cold water for the shower. When asking for repairing service in the late night, the reply was unfavourable. Until the next morning, only one room could be fixed while the other was settled by changing another room for my friends.”

“First time at property its onnly 1 or 2. Years old. Very convinient right next to north station tram stop below. Staff very curteous and professional from recption to room cleaning. Room and hotel very clean. Breakfast options excellent and well managed. Convinience of major supermarket opposite for water and toillitries for during day. Ate at hotel sunnday excellent food reasonable price. I had room on top floor no extrnal noise. Thoughly nice stay will visit again. Full marks to the hotel……

“We stayed here for the weekend for my brothers 60th birthday and set up a surprise and Leah the manager was so helpful and helped us to make it possible. The rooms were exactly what we needed somewhere to clean up have a cup of tea and have a good nights sleep and the bed was very comfy. So all in all a good choice for us for a very reasonable price. ”
