"This place is very clear. The staff were concerned about my wellbeing. When I first arrived, they told me about the meal plan, the event, and the policy. I didn't get breakfast maybe because I didn't pay for that but not a day someone came to my room with breakfast or told me about it. My room was clean all time. Moral room however, the room is very small and only good for a single person who wants to enjoy downtown of DC."

"Overall, the hotel was excellent, but there were some areas that really need to be looked at. First of all, there was a homeless man who had set up residence right near the front door of the hotel where people are unloading and where valet parking is conducted. Not a good look to have a luxury hotel with a homeless man living in a big cardboard box by the entrance. Can't the police relocate him? Secondly, my bathroom sink leaked all over the floor when the water stopper was engaged. Third, the bottom of the bathroom door was rotted from water damage. Those were my only complaints. The complimentary breakfast was great, the staff were so friendly and eager to please, however the folks who man the Hilton Rewards kiosk were annoying. Every time my wife and I walked past their podium, they'd try to get our attention and get us to sign up for something. After the first day of this, I avoided the area. Another area that needs improvement and is probably impossible given the location of the hotel, is the valet parking. They have to stop traffic so you can back your car up to the front door. That doesn't seem very efficient. But I get it, there's no room for doing proper valet parking."
