"The room was bigger than most and very clean. Breakfast was good and enjoyed the popcorn in the afternoon. Did the hot tub both evenings and it was great. Easy drive into town. "

"We got in late, after the office had closed. The key was left for us and when we got to the room, the curtain was open and the light was on. It was so welcoming after a long day on the road. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. This is an older motel but they have done a good job of keeping it up and current."

"We spent 4 nights recently at Nicky’s Resort in Estes Park. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. While the facility is older, it is very well maintained and me our needs. Nicky’s operates much like a VRBO in that there are now desk staff on premises. Room keys are accessed via a coded lock box. A restaurant on the property (independently owned) is very good and convenient. Location is 5 minutes from the Fall River entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park."
