Beware
I really didn’t want to leave a negative review but was left no option after the host and owner stopped responding to me. Our family arrived after traveling to this house which was not as described- I’m not sure if the owners changed- but the furniture is different, there were no paper towels, toilet paper, soap products, cleaning products, trash bags, etc. The kitchen is very bare and even the shower curtains are basically flimsy plastic. After purchasing what we needed from target, the host contacted back and left some wal mart bags with toilet paper and paper towels around 930 PM. At this point, we noticed a sliding glass door was unlocked and it was where my daughter would be sleeping so we felt uncomfortable all around. When I inquired I would get a few words response but we checked out the next morning at 8 am. I had hoped we would resolve this by getting refunded for our two nights we didn’t stay there; but the host stopped responding and didn’t answer to VRBO either. Do not book here. It is unprofessionally run and not as described. I am still in the process of figuring out how to get a refund and would happily take down this review if the host or owner responded to me. BEWARE. We have 3 kids, were planning on having a great stay going to Disney, and I was really bummed out by the entire situation.

Terrible host - do not trust them
I was advised I would recieve entry code and wifi password 3 days prior to checl in. It was the day of arrival and still no info. We arrived 2 hours early and called to ask if early arrival was available. This would have been the perfect time to tell me the property was no longer habitable. Instead he said he would call me later. It was 30 minutes AFTER we were supposed to check in and atill no keycode or call. So I called again, only to mow be offered another property 20 minutes out. This guy almost ruined our Disney vacation. Worst experience I have ever had. Then I had to track him down a week after we got back home because he had not refunded the money yet. He only refundes partial amount. No accountability whatsoever. Terrible business man. Also, VRBO wont refund me the remainder becauae he hasn't reported the trip as cancelles by his behalf. So it looks online like I am the one who cancelled when he nearly ruined our weekend.

Clean & Cozy!!
We were visiting our daughter attending college in California. arrived late at night and required to contact the host, Leo. He was very friendly and helpful for us to enter the property. property was clean and perfect for 3 of us. enclosed 2 car garage was very convenient and secured. Cool air conditioning was great during California heatwave over 100 degrees daily outside. Overall, we would definitely stay again on our next visit.

Simply Amazing!!!
Our trip to California was just amazing and a big part was because this rental home!!! My family of 4 and my 3 dogs enjoyed it A LOT!!! The house was completely amazing and accommodating! Fully stocked with all the necessary items top to bottom! Very clean and super close to all the major theme parks! The check in and check out process was super easy and the host was just truly AMAZING!!! Friendly and courteous and always attentive to whatever we needed! We will definitely book again! Thank you very much and hope to be back soon!

Comforting Stay!
We were in town due to a death in the family and it was so nice to stay in house that made you feel comfortable after a long day! Having a full kitchen was great too. Being able to cook our own meals vs. spending a ton of money eating out is a plus! BUT, there are plenty super great restaurants just a few blocks away in downtown Fullerton! Having a personal garage to park in is a HUGE plus as well!

Excellent Stay
The listing and the pictures are very accurate. The house is clean and has all the first rate amenities, from linens, towels to the appliances. It is located conveniently in Fullerton area, allowing access to most of Orange County landmarks and the freeways to Los Angeles. The community is quiet, with ample parking and quiet, safe area. The communication with check in process to questions were answered timely. Highly recommend.

Cute little place - 1 min from Tesla Supercharger and lots of restaurants and shops
We enjoyed our stay here in Fullerton. We were forced into having to rent a Tesla at the airport since all other cars were taken - worked out since there is a Supercharger a minute away. The place is small but worked for our family of 4. Like the other reviews said - one bed was comfortable (soft) and the other was hard but our teens didn’t seem to mind. Leo was good at communicating and always available when we had any concerns. The place could use a few more kitchen items like bowls, utensils, plates. Also extra washcloths, hand towels for bathrooms would have been nice. One bathroom didn’t have a hand towel at all so we put a roll of paper towels in there. If you plan on cooking at all, plan on purchasing the little things like salt and pepper, because there isn’t anything like that there. This place was less than 10 mins from Knotts and Medieval Times, 10 mins to Disney, about an hour from Universal (traffic), and a little over an hour to Six Flags. Thanks for a great trip!

Perfect for a Disney trip
Leo was an excellent host. He helped us out when our original host cancelled our reservation at the last second. The house was clean and perfect for our family of 3. It is less than 10 minutes from Disneyland. 2 minutes from Target. And it is on a very quiet side street. We will definitely be staying here again for our future Anaheim trips.

Comfortable stay
We had a nice stay at this property for our trip to Disneyland. Definitely appreciated the location, the updated interior, the garage (with remote!), big kitchen, three bathrooms, hair dryer, washer/dryer, electronic lock and that it was pet-friendly. We didn’t cook anything but it has a fancy stove and a variety of cooking tools. It did seem to be missing a few things such as coffee filters, mugs, hand towels, and bath mats. Lots of dishes and paper towels and a bunch of bath towels tho, that we used as a work around. There was also a short/loose step at the bottom of the staircase that you might want to beware of (in fairness, there is a “watch your step” sign on the wall). One of the beds had a very soft mattress (I enjoyed) and the other a very firm mattress. And if you like a very dark room, I would bring an eye mask. All in all a comfortable and convenient place for three adults and one small dog to stay.

Amazing and close to Disneyland
This condo was amazing. We were a party of 4 - two of us with our daughter and a friend. Got stuck in I-5 traffic and arrived around midnight - Leo was an fantastic host - great directions. Condo was beautifully decorated - even better than the VRBO pic. two nice bedrooms with attached baths on the 2nd floor. Nice kitchen with modern appliances on the first floor. Wonderful location with restaurants. Target and Sprouts about 2 blocks away. Drove to Disneyland the next morning and took us 13 min in traffic. We did 2 days in Disney and 1 day at Universal (55 min drive one way). Checkout was easy. Leo took care of cleaning dishes, laundry and trash. Electronic door entry was super convenient. We all agreed - we are coming back here for our next Disney vacation. Thanks Leo for an enjoyable visit - it was a Christmas gift to our daughter for completing all her high school applications

We loved this property! Everything was so convenient and it was exactly as described. Leo the property manager checked with us frequently and made sure we had everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We packed as much as possible into this trip as we could. We were close to Laguna Beach, Disneyland and it was a short Uber ride from LAX to his property to start our trip. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Oranges County. This property was great for our family to stay in while visiting Disneyland (10-15 min drive) and other places in Anaheim. Great floor plan and spacious for our family with dogs! Owner quickly responded to questions and was very considerate/attentive to us. Great home and location!
I, my friend, and my boss all stayed here while attending VIDCON2022 at the Anaheim Convention Center! IT was conveniently located and easy to navigate around without being SUPER close to everything in Anaheim. That works because every time I ordered food it only took about 20-30 minutes to receive it! The condo is super clean and everything is new but smaller so perfect for a small group. We also had an older dog with us so he was able to go right outside and the area of the unit is very private and quaint. All in all this is an amazing deal with location, parking, amenities, and size. If you want a food recommendation Kaiba Japanese was pretty close and the food was BOMB and great price!!
