I always stay here when I come and visit family in New York. The breakfast options I think have slowly gone down hill :/

Clean quite very comfortable would highly recommend to stay in a super 8

Spectacular interior spaces and super friendly owner. The interior is filled with incredible woodwork, especially grand staircase. Our suite was large and comfortable. Books everywhere to read. Great amount of satisfying choices for breakfast. We were pleasantly stuffed afterwards. Close to several restaurants. We were biking the Erie Canal Trail from Syracuse to Amsterdam NY and it was very convenient, close to trail and owner insisted on having our bikes inside. Loved it!!!

Austin was a great host: friendly, outgoing and very knowledgeable! His facility is extremely well maintained and his waffles alone are worth the trip! We'll be back!

After traveling a long way I was greeted at the desk by a wonderful female staff. She provided me dinner recommendations and reminded me of the complementary beverages in the lobby. The room was very clean and there were plenty of towels. It was a little tricky to find as the road sneaks up on you even with GPS and the room was a little thin but everything else was worth it. It was a real treat to stay at the Balsam Inn! The Inn is off the beaten path like I wanted and very very quite. Jenny is a warm welcoming host. She even upgraded my room just because it was available. The room itself was beautiful! It felt like I was a guest in someones Adirondack mountain home. This B&B is located on a 10 acre farm in a pleasant residential area. It is roughly two miles from down town Saratoga Springs. The owners are two women, former chefs, who go out of their way to meet your food preferences and who provide you with an unforgettable breakfast experience. The structure is well maintained, clean and homie. This by far is one of the nicest B&B my girl friend and I have been too. My only one criticism is that I felt that they could have served a better quality of coffee...

The parking was really rough. The gravel lot was full, and the valet was unavailable for about forty minutes. That was the only negative about this hotel. Once settled, the facility is stunning and the staff is very professional. Large, well equipped rooms with wonderful multi-head shower and heated Toto toilet! Great dining and good cocktails.

This was quite an experience. The room was well laid out, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was phenomenal and the evening cocktail hour was a nice touch, both of which were included. Will stay at Embassy Suites again for sure.

The rooms were extremely clean spacious breakfast in the morning was very good 12 o’clock. Checkout is amazing. Did not utilize the pool but the check in on there it looked clean.

Clean, tons of parking, and really friendly people! One note is that the shower is a bit small which was fine for me but if you are a taller or bigger person you could have some trouble.

Incredibly beautiful place with tons of history that has been lovingly restored to its former glory. We stayed in Catharines room. Huge poster bed. Spotless bathroom. Staff couldn't be nicer. Breakfast is outstanding. Highly recommend if you are in saratoga.
