"Hotel was great. Rooms are just about the right size. Very organized small space to not feel cramped. Great amenities. Buffet is excellent and varied for breakfast or dinner. Free movies on a big tv. Onsen mens or ladies only spas is fantastic. Clean facility and hot tubs or pools of varying temperatures. We will visit again. Great location above central metro station to easily get around and only 5 stops from Shinkansen train station. "

It was further from all the places we want to explore in Kyoto but it was conveniently located next to Kyoto station so it was still a great location to be able to catch a train around the city to explore. "We stayed at 2 other hotels in Japan and this our favorite. The room and the hotel itself was absolutely beautiful and very clean. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located next to a grocery store. The hotel amenities included a snack/drink bar, coin laundry, and a public bath (super clean). The only downside was the size of the room but that's a given in Japan hotel. Still enough space to get around. Would 10000 percent stay here again. "
