"We loved using this property for our family reunion! The kitchen is shared with the hosts, but we enjoyed getting to know them, and we loved having the cozy cabins as our own space. Clean, friendly, lots of fun, and close to Ava city stores if needed. Will probably stay here again!"

This was our second time staying here and it was fantastic. We will be back in March for a week stay. We had a poolside room but once the door was closed you couldn't tell. It was quiet and was not damp. The staff was friendly and professional. The recliner in the room was a nice touch.

The cabin is cute and clean. Beds were very comfortable. The best mattress I have ever slept on in 70 years. The only negative was there were persimmons all over the ground in back and outdoor table. Otherwise a great stay.
