"Hotels in Shenzhen are not really rated at the same level, in terms of stars, as those in many other metropolitan areas. 5-star ratings here seem to be more like 4-star elsewhere. This Ritz had great service but the room itself is not that well maintained. My biggest gripe is the ventilation in my room (which was upgraded for free to the executive level) was poor. "I really liked the spacious room, its cleanliness. The stuff was very friendly. The only lack of the team would be their English level, they are using translator from their mobile. But since I was able to speak Chinese this was not a problem for me. They were very helpful when I needed their help. There was iron and iron table in the room, hair dryer, the hotel has C type cable input option which was very helpful until I got an adapter. I would be happy if I got a view of golf garden but anyway...
