“I didn’t like that when we arrived at the property check in was at 4:00pm, we’ve been driving for a couple hours just for us to get to the hotel at 5:00pm, when we arrived they told us our room wasn’t ready because they had too many checks outs that same day, well to make things worse, they didn’t give us our room till 8:00pm at night, I asked if they could accommodate us with anything, they said no. All they gave us was two $10 dollar coupons for a drink, they gave us the wrong room, I had……

“Floor was clean in main room, mop boards were dirty. Bathroom was on the edge of dirty. Deadbolt did not work. We did not report this to mgmt. Towels were stained, but appeared clean. We stayed two nights but not likely to return. Had a decent price and that is why we stayed the two nights.”

“Room was filthy. They do not do housekeeping. They only bring needed items when you ask them”

“No housekeeping, water park not on property, had to carry own linen bags everyday of the week from across the street to our room. Was not ocean front, air rarely worked and it was HOT in the room. Did not see a housekeeper the whole entire time and did not have a phone to call for any type of assistance. Front desk that was located at the leg and were rude and not helpful at all. Seemed like they did not want to be bothered.”
