It seemed like we stayed in a condo without room service etc. We didn't have our room cleaned or sheets changed or anything like that (not by choice). Apparently to get breakfast we had to order through some guy who would pick it up at a restaurant and then deliver it all for a fee and whatever the cost of the food is. "Even though it’s at the soft opening stage, our room was not fully cleaned. There were hairs on shower head, dust/hair balls near the rug by the bed, the faucet and shower unit’s coating were partially peeled off. One of the back door’s coat hook was missing, and the cleaning staff even put a sheet ..."
