“Stayed one night with family and had a good overall experience. The property was clean, though it hasn’t been recently upgraded. Breakfast buffet was decent. The location is convenient—about 15 minutes from the Gateway Arch in St. Louis and close to I-55—with free parking available. One inconvenience was the room key card repeatedly getting deactivated, requiring multiple trips to the front desk.”

“A pleasant stay. The room was perfectly clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was simple but had a good variety. While the bathroom wasn't perfectly spotless, it was acceptable. Overall, a good value.”

“Pool didn’t work and hasn’t for over a year, no gym, breakfast was bagels, apples, cereal. 👎, the tv had been keyed to heck and so had the floor. ”

“The hotel is under renovation, so I tried to understand the strong paint smell. That would have been find, until I got to the room and found the bathroom was not clean. The air in the room did not work. The room was hot and uncomfortable all night. It was too expensive to find it in this condition. ”

“I checked in late at night. After a 12.5 hour drive from Houston, Tx. Once I checked in I grabbed my bed clothes and went straight to bed. I woke up in the early AM. I was covered In bed bug bites. I messaged Expedia as I went to the front desk. A heavy set lady with white hair was frustrated and giving poor customer service as soon as I mentioned it. Claiming she needed proof and etc. I showed her the bite marks. She claimed I needed to find a bug. I expressed that I saw on the reviews that……

“The hotel is dingy. Makeshift. Noisy at times. It’s as clean as it could be given its condition. However, the employees were very nice and did their best to be accommodating.”
