"This hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. My husband really enjoyed Gregory during the happy hour time. This hotel is an older hotel. However, the rooms are updated and nice. The bathroom is just on the smaller side. Two people cannot get ready at once but you can make do. The outside premises are very well taken care of and clean. There wasn't any litter in the parking deck area or outside the hotel. We were in town for a concert at the Enterprise Center. It is a bit of a jaunt to walk but doable."

"This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. The Gateway Arch is a 5-minute walk at the most to the park, a perfect location. The hotel is very nice; its lobby is inviting with lots of seating. The evening reception was more than I expected with pasta, chicken strips, spinach and feta salad, soup, etc. The reception included complimentary drink coupons, but with only one bartender and 15+ people in line at once, it was a long wait for a drink. That should be remedied, and I felt bad for the guy but a shout out to him for how quick he could put out drinks. Parking is easy once you know where it's at, and at $32 a night that seems expensive but as always, you're paying for the location. As for the room, it was beautiful and clean and spacious. I could not have asked for a better stay. Thank you!"
