Great Time in Gatlinburg

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was so clean and the amenities were great for the whole family. We would stay here again without hesitation. The property owners were quick with responses to questions.

Very cute cabin

We had a great time staying there. After a day of hiking it was nice to come back and have kids occupied with the pool, games and hot tub. Cabin is greatly stacked with everything you may need. Few sightings of bears was a great plus.

Weekend stay

The house was exactly as it was in the pictures! Beautiful scenery, clean accommodations, and very responsive hosts! We did get to see a bear as well!

Wonderful cabin up in the mountain

Cabin was clean, fully stocked with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, and the game room was a huge hit with the teens

Great vacation home

The home was comfortable and all 9 of us fit comfortably. We really liked that the home is located away from the hustle and bustle of the cities, but not too far away. The swing on the porch upstairs was awesome.

Christmas 2023

I've always wanted to take a trip from Florida to the beautiful mountains of Tennessee, and this place did not disappoint at all. The views are breathtaking. This is a beautiful cabin and the host was very responsive and friendly. We had zero needs while we stayed here. definitely a five star location.

A beautiful mountain stay...

Our blended family needed some time away. The Mountains are always gorgeous but the cabin we stayed in made our time together quite delightful. It was a pleasure to be the first to stay in this cabin with all of it's special features. I would highly recommend staying here; I cannot see how anyone could be disappointed. Thanks 🙂

Excellent property

We had a getaway with friends and this cabin was the perfect spot for us. It has basically 2 primary bed/baths, one upstairs and one downstairs, which allows for privacy when needed. The cabin was new, beautiful, clean and exactly as described. We had everything we needed for our stay provided and the hosts were quick to respond when we had questions. This made out entire trip, as stress free as possible.

Perfect place!!

I’ve never had such wonderful communication as I had with the owners. The cabin was spotless. You can tell the cabin is important to the owners. To make the trip even better was a momma bear and her three cubs walking around and near the cabin for at least a half an hour. We’ve been coming to this same area for 36 years and have never seen that.. This cabin will be number one on my list when we come back.

DreamyBear Lodge is a MUST!

We really enjoyed our stay at DreamyBear Lodge! The cabin was beautiful and immaculate! They provided all the necessities. My kids especially enjoyed the indoor smores and the game room. The only drawback would be how far you have to drive up to the cabin. But we had gorgeous views! Thanks Josh and Cara for allowing us to vacation in your beautiful cabin. We would definitely recommend it to anyone, especially with kids.

Enchanted

This cabin was perfect for our family of five. It was our first visit to Smoky Mountain National Park and the location couldn't have been better! The first evening of our stay, as we were watching fireflies from our deck, a mama bear and her three cubs wandered out of the brush and paraded down the street. It was pure magic!

Mountain Oasis

We had a amazing time at Dreamy Bear Lodge! There wasn’t one item that wasn’t thought out or forgotten! Even some cooking staples were in pantry. Cara was very prompt and kind with any correspondences. We had a bear in the driveway shortly after we unpacked within 30 min of our arrival. My kids didn’t want to even venture out to site see! Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

This property is amazing. The owners have every amenity covered. Additionally they leave plenty of towels and paper products as well as soap and laundry detergent. You really don’t have to worry about a thing! They are quick to respond. Also, the beds and mattresses are amazing. Nothing hard, wore out or squeaky here. It was an excellent, wonderful stay with Josh and Cara at the Dreamy Bear Lodge. Thanks so much guys.

Super Nice Place!

Everything was as described in the listing. The area is calm, quiet, and comfortable. The front porch both up and downstairs has a good view of the nearby mountains. It was very relaxing just sitting on the porches at night and just listening to the quiet of the outdoors. There are also several places within 5 miles or less to order meals. On the last night of our stay, we as well as the neighboring cabins saw a family of black bears traversing the area. It was exciting to see, but a good reminder that this is there natural habitat. The only very minor unfortunate incident was that the main arcade was not functioning properly during our stay. The owners gave us a partial refund for the issue, which was very sincere and thoughtful. We fully recommend this property and will definitely be back.

Wonderful

We’ve stayed in may chalets/cabins in the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge area. This one was one of the best stocked rentals I’ve ever seen. There was nothing that was forgotten. The two bedrooms with king bed and full bath, were great for ourselves, and daughter and son in law. Our two year grandson, absolutely loved it there. Everytime we went to town, all he would stay was he wanted to go back to the cabin. The beds are very comfortable, plenty of towels, kitchen fully stocked. There were even some things left in the pantry, which was nice to know was there if we needed, but didn’t. Loved having the washer and dryer as well. There would only be one suggestion. It would be nice to have a blind or something on the front door window. But nothing else at all. The owners, Josh and Cara, were very responsive, with any questions. We are hoping to go back at Thanksgiving. May even rent both cabins for that time. You all have done a superb job decorating. Has a cabin feel, but also has a few modern touches in keeping with the times. Unfortunately we didn’t see the bear, but did see evidence that they had left “poop” behind. It’s so peaceful there and relaxing. Thanks again for sharing you little piece of heaven, with our family. Hope to see you all again soon. The Chessers/ Jacksonville FL
