This is a nice hotel in a good location. It is near the train station and also near the lake. It was clean and comfortable and was not noisy. The staff was very helpful, even allowing me to use their wash machine for a small fee. Very nice, easy hotel for a quick stay.

A good, quiet location where you can listen to the busy streets of Geneva. It’s close to the airport (about 10 minutes by car), two tram stops from the train station, and near a bus stop. The staff is also great. The air conditioning was a bit slow. Apparently, it’s a regulated system, so when we complained, they gave us a portable fan, which helped. The room is big, and the beds are comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast, but when we saw the spread, it was impressive. The location is perfect for people trying to take day trips to Chamonix, France.

Stayed 1 night here in May 2026. Location was good, within walking distance of train station, restaurants, and Lake Geneva. Received email during stay that air conditioning wouldn’t be activated “from mid-May onwards” for environmental reasons. We stayed at the end of May and A/C was still not working. With temperatures of 30 C during the day, the room was quite warm at night. It would have also been helpful to receive Geneva transport card prior to stay instead of after check-in so we could have used to cover the train ride from Geneva airport.
