“Everything was excellent from check-in to checkout and in between. The room was wonderfully comfortable and quiet except the young people coming in very loudly at 12am, but hard to control that. The coffee station in the hallway outside the room was a nice touch.
Only real miss is no breakfast offering, even a basic one? Instead, we were offered a list of coffee shops on the street with no real information and that doesn't seem in keeping with the caliber of the accommodation. ”

“We had a few issues with the amenities. The shower/tub drain was extremely slow, the hair dryer did not work. The lighting in the wash sink is poor. The staff addressed the first two items when be brought it to their attention.
Two days in a row an egg omelet, diced warm potatoes, and a sausage patty with cheese in the middle was served. I didn't care for the flavor of any of it. I left more than 1/2 each day. For the cost of the stay the breakfast is subpar.

“I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. ”
