“I reserved a non smoking room. Instead I got a room full of smoke. All of my clothes smelled like smoke. My clothes in my suitcase smelled like smoke. The bedding smelled like smoke. I walked on the floor with my white socks and when I took them off. They were black from not cleaning the floors. They were doing construction and had dust and debris in front and next to my door. Not a good place to stay.”

“We booked this room last minute through Expedia I get to the hotel and they told me there's no availabilities even though I've already booked the room online. I get a notification this morning that they try to charge my card the whole price for my two nights stay and we didn't even stay there because they had no availabilities? This is ridiculous. It's the second hotel I tried to book through Expedia that said they had availabilities, and when I got there they were all booked out. They couldn't……
