“Pool locked. Shower flooded the bathroom floor do to curtain to short. But over all a clean room”

“The staff was nice and pleasant. The breakfast was solid, but did get old after 2 days as there was zero variety day to day. Adding some more fresh fruit options or changing up the hot items would have made it better. The rooms and linens were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms were remodeled at some point, but are starting to show wear. We used the pool area and found it was good. The pool deck and pool surround is in need of repair outside (broken tiles, outdoor pool ladder……

“The room was mostly clean, but the mattress on the bed next to the window sags so badly that you can't sit on the side of it without falling to the floor. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles on the wall were empty & had been squeezed so much, they were dented. The lady at check-in was on her cell phone having a full conversation about finding a man "Butt-naked in the bathtub because he just got too hot". I had to stand there and listen to this conversation while trying to check……

“Great clean hotel. Room felt brand new, the kitchenette was very nice. Neighborhood is very safe yet close to everything. Haven’t had such a great hotel bed in a while, the sheets/blankets/pillows were amazing. Hoping i can find the same items to purchase for my home. Will stay here again on my next visit to Lexington.”

“There were bad smells throughout the hotel, pool was extremely small and the water was so dirty. The tv in our room wouldn’t work and you could literally hear everything through the walls and halls it was so loud. Luckily it was a quick one night stop for us.”
