"I would give this hotel a zero star for staff if I could. We arrived only to not have a room. The lady helping us said she could see the reservation, but couldn’t access it. When I asked what they could do about it so we could stay, the other lady up front looked at us, rolled her eyes, and walked away. All the rooms were booked so we had to find another place to stay. "

"Nice hotel with cool vibe. Didn’t see anything on parking and that was a bit frustrating since apparently onsite was booked and had to go find a parking garage. Not the end of the world but would have been helpful to know up front."

"We stayed for two nights during a cross country road trip to rest and see the zoo. The space had everything as advertised and the location was close to everything we wanted to see while in town. My kids loved all the games especially the arcade machine in the basement.. Spencer reached out often to see how we were and if we needed anything. My only issue was with the cleanliness, the lawn was overgrown and had trash in it and there was an empty pack of cigarettes in the couch, but everything else was great."
