“The property itself is nice, with beautiful beaches and warm, clear water. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing.
Check-in took over 30 minutes, and I had to deal with around 4 different employees for a simple process. The resort feels poorly organized, especially when it comes to dining. You have to be assigned specific times for meals and wait for a host to seat you, even when the restaurant isn’t busy. The hosts were often unavailable or more focused on resetting tables……
