“We loved everything about the Crane overall except the air conditioning in the room left a lot to be desired. Ive stayed at the Crane many times over the past 15yrs so its definitely a great resort but having one a/c vent in master bathroom and one vent in the kitchen (none in master bedroom or living room) seems a bit confusing. Might be time someone put more thought into this. A complete overhaul of the a/c infrastructure might be due in my honest opinion. Room was humid the entire time. ……

“Our first day, The hot water wasn’t working, they did fix it after but was still slightly warm not hot. Excellent staff is what makes this place worth it. Very helpful and accommodating. When our flight got delayed we were able to check out late at 3pm and stay in the lounge with use of their facilities and even food and drinks until 6pm. Food was okay, not a lot of vegetarian options besides salad. Seaweed was present on the beach so didn’t look nice to go in the water.”
