"We enjoyed our stay at the Westin. The amenities and property were beautiful. The food was a little overpriced, but we still enjoyed it, and the views were amazing. I took off one star due to a concierge, Justine Belaveke, who was rude when I asked where the restroom was for myself—I'm seven months ..."

"WiFi didn’t work for half of the trip. Gave me the wrong room number before check in. Promised me a day refund, but did not deliver. Extremely noisy because maintenance cut the grass and trees in front of the room throughout my entire trip."
