“Staff was courteous and friendly. Clean bedding and towels. However the room had never been updated. We could see outside around the door jam. The water was orange when first on!!!!! ”

“There was no soap dish in the shower so a little hard to wash but water was good. Overstuffed side chair was quite dirty on the arms. Otherwise the room was clean. TV worked but outdated.”

“staff was great! Miss Kimberly made homemade cookies and had them at the front desk and they were delicious! Pool was nice! Breakfast was good! Room was clean and big! Shower was clean and big! would definitely stay there again!”

“Rooms needs to be updated(walls, bathroom). Staff was great. Access for back parking lot boaters was great but it did have a washed out area(rut). Left real early to eat breakfast so didn't have time to see how it was.”

“The room is absolutely crawling with roaches. They are crawling up the walls and on every surface. I don't think anything has ever been cleaned in this room before. The bedding is dirty and stained. The towels had the last guest's hair still on them. There was no toilet paper, the TV remotes dont work, the plugs on the wall dont work,There was food on the floor under the beds. We unpacked nothing and slept fully clothed because it was late and we had no choice. I promise you they just made the……

“The room was heavily damaged, several holes in the walls, burn marks all over the bathtub, etc. It smelled as if no one had even cleaned it after the last guest. Nobody was here for check in... I had to call someone and wait for 15 minutes until he showed up. They charged extra for using a debit card AND charged me $5 for the reservation itself. I did not get that back. 1/5 do NOT recommend.”
