"The staff is so helpful!!! We stayed e night before a cruise- they had a driver available to pick up from airport to hotel as well as pick up in port and take back to airport- it was a very reasonable fee and they were on time- kept in contact and made our 1st cruise very smooth! Hotel was in walking distance to the space needle, market and restaurants. Thank you!!!"

"We requested a room on a high floor and with a scenic view. We were able to see Mt rainer, she delivered ! The bus driver was helpful with getting us to the airport at 5AM."

"The staff here are so wonderful and the hotel truly thinks about ways to make their customers feel thought of. It so happened to be free beer hour when we checked in, so we checked in, were given a beer and went upstairs to settle in. It was such a cool way to welcome your guests."

"The location is amazing, especially if you're going on a cruise. Close to the Market and other sight seeing areas. Front staff were very helpful. My only complaint really is the toilets are SO LOW!😐"
