"We really like the stay. The check in was super easy. Check was even easer. The location for us was just fine. It was off the traffic so it was quiet. The breakfast was very good. Home made biscuits, scrambled eggs, sausage and gravy. All this was very good. This breakfast was easily worth $10 per person. This was included in the price of the room. What we did not like was the bed and the pillows. We like a more firm bed which this was not but was ok. We like a more fluffy pillow and these were not. The staff were super friendly. "

"Cozy and comfortable stay!!! Room was very clean. Love the lodge decor! Great breakfast although it was crowded so there was a line. One suggestion would be to set up the breakfast area differently- maybe a double sided buffet for 2 lines. Great location close to everything including the “back” road to avoid the strip when needed. Nice indoor pool and workout room. Also- loved the laundry facilities! "

"The staff was incredibly kind. Check-in was a little inconvenient as my room wasn’t ready. After multiple attempts to check in the lady at the front desk assigned me another room. I was grateful and didn’t mind waiting however, we were there for a gymnastics meet and were hoping to settle in a room prior to my daughter’s performance. I understand it was incredibly busy and that being said every staff member I encountered was amazingly courteous and helpful. "

"Found a liquor bottle in the room. The remote for tv doesn’t work. Bathroom light flickers really bad. It’s like your in a twilight zone. There’s no option on pillows, like hard or soft ones. Not trying to be all negative but those are essential things. "

"Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Those are the only two requirements that I need when staying at a hotel. Seven Gables past that test with flying colors. Breakfast was just OK. We only ate there once before deciding to give some of the local places our business instead. "
