So was the lady that did my pedicure. All of the staff from the door to the service in rooms and room dining, concierge and reception were excellent. I would definitely recommend you stay here. "We had a lovely stay at NH Collection Paseo del Prado! We felt pampered after a long journey. The staff were so nice and helpful. They truly went the extra mile. The bar area served tea and dessert as well as drinks, in a pretty drawing room. Breakfast was delicious. We were across the street from the Prado, which made our visit to the museum so easy. "Hotel location is good. Reception staff were helpful. The only discomfort is the soundproof of the room. The opening and closing of the guest door next to your room can be heard clearly, including drawing of the curtain, etc. These sounds were so clear and close that could give you a fright even when you were already asleep.
