“This hotel was very underwhelming. I've stayed at other hotels for the same price or less and have had much better experiences. This hotel is in need of an upgrade. The room wasn't as clean as I would expect. The breakfast left much to be desired. Staff wasn't rude or mean, but wasn't overly friendly either. Going forward, when we stay in the Minneapolis/st paul area I will avoid this hotel.”

“The staff was excellent. There was a continental breakfast included, which had hot foods like eggs, sausage, and waffles. Lots of parking the hotel was very easy to find and in a decent neighborhood. There was a pizza place and coffee shop within walking distance. The hotel itself was maintained fine, we did not use the pool facility so I’m not sure how that was but I know the pool itself was rather small. We stayed in a suite that fits six people. It had two double beds and a pullout sofa……

"Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually. And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about the service and notification ahead about the possible gym noises. And the attitude from her was really bad. This is a really bad experience. "
