“The room was not clean. The pillow cases and sheets on our bed were stained? Atleast I hope they were stained & not actively dirty. The floor felt dirty on my feet. The carpet in the hallway was stained. The floor in the shower was questionable. Outside of the hotel was littered in garbage on the side we stayed on. The staff was very nice and friendly. The WiFi was down due to a weather event but that didn’t bother me. Overall, my only issue was with cleanliness.”

“Haven't stayed at TI in years, so it was nice to come back and enjoy it. Easy pre check-in process with text updates when the room was ready for us. Stayed in the Buffalo tower which is newly renovated and it was really nice! Spacious room. Only bad part was a spider about the size of a dime on the bed upon arrival. So...might want to re-check the pest control on 7th floor. Ate at Tado, which was really good but we were charged for our anniversary dessert, which I thought was odd……
