“Jason was very responsive to all my questions. While the house is an older building everything was working well and we had a great time. The only problem was the first night one of the bedrooms was cold. As we found out the next morning, one of the windows was slightly open. Once it was closed it warmed up quickly.”

“The real deal. EXTREMELY small. train track borders back yard. Super tiny living room. the kitchen: literally stove, fridge (that doesn’t fully open in the small space) and sink. All night you get hourly train horn and shaking building. Fun for kids (sarcasm noted?) Location great as far as beach access and a quick walk to shopping and bars and the amusement area - and located on a quieter end of the strip. but admittedly we wouldn’t come back and we’re disappointed in condition of the rental.……

“The condo was in an excellent location, close to town and all the shops and attractions. Though not directly on the ocean, we had a great view from our front window to the ocean. Kitchen area was up to date and had all the amenities one may need. Living area was comfortable and the unexpected gas fireplace was a welcomed touch especially being early October.The host responded quickly to our questions. Check in and check out was very easy and simple.Overall, we had a fantastic time and would……

“We went to visit friends for a weekend and we had a great time! We brought our dog and having the fenced in backyard was wonderful! Walkable distance to places that were even now after the summer season which was wonderful. Being so close to the beach we walked it multiple times a day. The host, Alex, was super quick to response with the question I had. Highly recommend! ”

“We absolutely loved our stay in Old Orchard. The beach was 10x nicer than we expected. Waking up for sunrise was a treat. The condo is spacious and loved having the windows open for the ocean breeze. We were able to grill lobster. Beds upstairs were super comfy. Better sleeping on the couch than the couch bed as the couch bed is terrible at best (there’s plenty of room on the couch). Kitchen is very sparse. Pick up all essentials in town (coffee, plastic wrap/foil, paper towels, paper cups,……
