"We had an overall very pleasant experience at this property. The inside is newly updated and clean. The kitchen was well stocked, although could have used a can/bottle owner and cork screw.The beach access was very close by and an easy walk.The only slight drawback was that the ac unit was not able to really cool down the one bedroom back by the kitchen, due to the floorplan/layout of the walls. However, there were some nice tower fans provided that we were able to use to direct airflow back...

"The condo was in an excellent location, close to town and all the shops and attractions. Though not directly on the ocean, we had a great view from our front window to the ocean. Kitchen area was up to date and had all the amenities one may need. Living area was comfortable and the unexpected gas fireplace was a welcomed touch especially being early October.The host responded quickly to our questions. "We absolutely loved our stay in Old Orchard. The beach was 10x nicer than we expected. Waking up for sunrise was a treat. The condo is spacious and loved having the windows open for the ocean breeze. We were able to grill lobster. Beds upstairs were super comfy. Better sleeping on the couch than the couch bed as the couch bed is terrible at best (there’s plenty of room on the couch). Kitchen is very sparse.
