The staff were great. They did everything to accommodate my wife and I. The location is very convenient, if you want to explore the the old Quebec city by feet. Unfortunately, the hotel is old and need some updates.

Great location, room was just as shown in photos. Very walkable and lovely rooftop patio that was almost never in use Could use some minor maintenance on faucets that seemed loose in bathroom sink & shower but overall we were very satisfied

We walked the Governors Walk returning from the Citadel to Le Hotel Frontenac. Beautifully done! It hugs the side of the cliff high above the St Lawerence River. Great views and if you built tree houses as a kid, this will take you back.
