“Bed was very comfortable. Location was excellent. Room and hotel was clean and great ambiance. For what we paid (1500+ for two nights), we were disappointed. It was a small room, low ceilings, no view, no balcony. We didn’t receive turn down service first night, even though we told the person we were leaving in 5 minutes. She just handed us two chocolates. No bike rentals, no pool, no hottub, restaurant was closed for both days, breakfast was not included and cost an extra $45/pp. We don’t mind……

“A clean and stylish hotel where it is convenient for tourists to sightsee around the beautiful city. Besides the hotel provides some “little surprise” e.g. welcoming letter and candies, tasty chocolate, hydrating water jar and refreshing music list. The staffs are nice and polite to communicate. “Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast.
But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not????
Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one……
