“Property was a great little studio in a very nice setting overlooking the slopes and beautiful trees. You cannot see the nearby river (maybe because trees were still full of leaves) but you can hear it, very pleasant. The complex is large and has lots of nice amenities including a pool, sauna and hot tub that were not very busy. Great place for leaf-peeping and seeing the local sites. Would definitely stay again.”

“Everything was great. We cooked every meal at the cons and appreciated the spacious kitchen. The condo is a three minute commute to the pick up spot at Loon. Hot tubs, pool and game room were also fun. We had good weather and skiing conditions. Very enjoyable trip!”

“This was a great property in an amazing location! PLENTY of space for a group. Lots of beds and the kitchen had EVERYTHING you need. You can walk right into town, and it’s just a short drive to all of the main Franconia attractions—truly excellent.My only feedback is that the title is a little misleading. I didn’t realize until after booking that the pool, hot tub, etc. are located off-site and require a drive rather than being right on the property.That said, we honestly didn’t have much time……
